During the Rest, Recharge, and Rejuvenate retreat, you will be immersed in an environment full of care by retreat Facilitators and time for self-discovery and personal growth.
Activities will include individual care sessions with facilitators (optional), and solo reflection time can be spent enjoying meditation, journaling, reading, hiking—it's your choice. Group activities will include Kundalini Yoga at sunrise, a Nature Sensory Walk, Guided Meditations, and Sound Healing with drumming by the fireside after sunset.
Our facilitators are committed to sharing ways for you to take home new or renewed strategies for managing and relieving stress.
